Lynda has specialized in commercial real estate in the Boulder area for over 40 years and has established long-standing, effective relationships with property owners, investors and businesses. She founded Gibbons-White, Inc. in 1986 and continues as its CEO and President.
The firm provides commercial asset and property management, tenant and landlord representation, and investment advisory services, including disposition and acquisition services for institutions, local investors and businesses. She is a specialist in 1031 tax deferred exchanges & sale transactions.
Experience & Education
A past chair of the executive board of the Boulder Economic Council, a recent member of both the Board of Trustees for the Boulder Community Hospital Foundation, and a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Colorado, Lynda is clearly committed to the economic vitality of the Boulder community. Lynda was also an honoree of the Boulder Chamber's 'Women Who Light the Community' award, which she received for her passion and commitment to shaping the Boulder community.
Having graduated from the University of Colorado, Lynda has a lot of history in the Boulder Valley and the Denver area.
She is well known and highly regarded for her skill in negotiating transactions of all kinds. Her experience also includes consulting positions with institutional investors, developers and real estate investment trusts and has had appointments as a Receiver by lending institutions.
Being the Managing Broker of Gibbons-White, Inc. has allowed her the opportunity to mentor the Gibbons-White team and to focus her expertise and passion for commercial real estate in the community that she loves.
Activities & Involvements
Having raised four children in Boulder, Lynda has also volunteered as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children in need through Voices for Children, a local organization that advocates for abused and neglected children. Lynda also bicycles, travels, camps, hikes, AT skis, cooks, and entertains.
