
Angela Rookey joined Gibbons-White, Inc. in August 2008 as an Associate Broker. She specializes in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including Landlord and Tenant Representation, Acquisition, Disposition, and Property Management. Since beginning her commercial real estate career in 2005, Angela has been involved in transactions totaling over 3,500,000 square feet with a dollar value in excess of $20,000,000.
Some of Ms. Rookey's clients include Salvaggio's, Meyers Dining, White Dove, Rocky Mountain Cartridge World, Brightstar Healthcare, ABV Company, The Drum Shop, Hot Mama, Thanasi Foods, and Generation Think Tank.
Ms. Rookey is the Secretary and Executive Board Member of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder (CBB), a current member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), and also serves on the board of Downtown Boulder, Inc. and the Sesquicentennial Boulder Planning Board.
Ms. Rookey moved to Boulder from Rochester, Minnesota in 1999 and achieved a degree in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She believes her scientific education aids her in being a creative, non-linear problem-solver when it comes to finding and closing commercial real estate transactions.
Further, Ms. Rookey has extensive management experience in the restaurant industry giving her a strong business background and exceptional people skills that compliment her analytical and scientific education.
Ms. Rookey believes the corner stone to success comes from building long term, mutually beneficial relationships founded on respect, attention to detail and unsurpassed customer service. Her hobbies include piano, soccer, rock climbing, traveling and snow boarding.
