Background:
Ashley works with the Boulder based real estate office of Gibbons White, Inc. a respected boutique commercial real estate office. As Ashley developed his career, his activities focused on Boulder County industrial/flex and class-A office transactions. At that time, business in Boulder County slowed down dramatically as a result of the “dot-com” recession. Ashley has been very involved in the market as it has regained 
momentum. During his seven years in Boulder County, Ashley has seen the market emerge from the serious recession at the turn of the century to the boom we are experiencing today, and has adapted to the current market which has shifted from a market centered on Boulder and Longmont to a regional market that is now focused around access to the Northwest Parkway.

Ashley continuously tracks the Hwy 36 Corridor commercial real estate market, compiling a comprehensive tenant and development database. To do this, he dedicates himself to cold calling and door to door marketing which has contributed to his being recognized as one of the authorities on Boulder and Broomfield County commercial real estate.

Experience and Education:
Ashley Overton graduated from Appalachian State University, North Carolina in 1992 with a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate. He grew up Chicago, IL, and after college moved to Los Angeles to start his real estate career with the firm Insignia ESG, a national real estate firm that soon became CBRE. While his career progressed, Ashley decided to move to Colorado where he has focused on the Northwest Denver Metro Commercial Real Estate Market or locally known as the "Corridor" since 2001.

Activities and Involvements:
Ashley is very involved in the local business community. He served as the 2007 President of Commercials Brokers of Boulder (CBB); active board member for the Boulder Economic Counsel and most recently as a member of Leadership Boulder, a business community networking group which focuses on local philanthropy projects. He also contributes his time to local non-profits including the Boulder County Humane Society, The Boulder Community Hospital, and the Denver Rescue Mission.
