Experience and Education:
Scott S. Dale graduated from the University of Colorado in 1978 with a B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1981.

He has experience and expertise in all aspects of real estate including development, construction, brokerage, leasing, management, and tenant relations.

Background:
He was founder and President of Scottsdale Homes, Inc. in 1985 and later formed Scottsdale Commercial in 1996. His experience with those companies was primarily construction and development with an emphasis in later years as commercial development for his own account along with partners.

His projects have received numerous prestigious awards such as the Governor's Smart Growth Award, Best Commercial Site Design from the Boulder County Commissioners, and numerous homebuilding awards including Builder of the Year.

Activities and Involvements:
Scott has served on a number of Boards of Directors including the Emergency Family Assistance Association, Commercial Brokers of Boulder, Metropolitain Denver Homebuilder’s Association, and the Boulder County Chapter of the Homebuilder’s Association . In his spare time, Scott enjoys golf, fly fishing, telemark skiing, and guitar.
