Best In the West

We at Gibbons-White already know that Boulder is one of the best places to live, work, and play in the west, but it’s nice when a national brand like Yardi’s Commercial Cafe agrees!

Boulder recently topped the podium for overall quality of life out of over 70 cities in the western US, beating out Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Denver. Boulder was also ranked as one of the “Best Metros for Tech Workers”. The University of Colorado Boulder’s commercialization arm played a large role in both rankings, creating direct paths for researchers and faculty at the university to take their startups to the public market. As a direct result, there has been over $8.7 billion added to the national economy and 35 new companies in a single fiscal year.
