Background
Patrick started with Gibbons-White, Inc. in 2006 working with clients in leasing and sales of retail, office and industrial properties in the Boulder area market. Dedicated and hardworking, he is passionate and highly skilled at what he does. Patrick has served on the board of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder and is deeply involved and exceptionally knowledgeable in the commercial real estate community.
Experience & Education
Patrick graduated from California State University at Chico with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Sociology and was a member of the history honors society, Phi Alpha Theta. In addition to real estate, Patrick spent several years in the restaurant industry and spent two years with a local LED lighting company in their wholesale sales department.
Activities & Involvements
The youngest of five children, Patrick was raised in Northern California and moved to Boulder in 1999 particularly for the outdoor activities that he loves, including hiking, snowboarding, backpacking, and biking.
Patrick is also passionate about traveling and has toured extensively through South East Asia, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
