Experience & Education
Michael-Ryan has been a licensed broker in Colorado, Vermont and Massachusetts since 2001. Prior to joining the Gibbons-White team Michael-Ryan was Owner and Managing Broker for McCarty Real Estate, a residential, multi-family and land real estate company. Prior to McCarty Real Estate, Michael-Ryan was a long-time top-producer with Keller Williams Front Range Properties in Boulder and the Exclusive Listing Agent for the Bernardi Group at Coldwell Banker in Boulder. Michael-Ryan has taught classes for Peak to Peak Real Estate School in Colorado for prospective real estate agents and is a mentor for new agents in the field.
Prior to real estate, Michael-Ryan was a business and sales consultant, most recently as co-founder and VP of VizQuest Ventures, LLC, a sales consulting organization designed to assist technology companies with business development and creating revenue and forecasting models. He also worked with ZEFER Corp, creating Internet strategies, business solutions and financial models for Global 2000 and New Venture companies.
Michael-Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Small Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Vermont.
Activities & Involvements
Michael-Ryan lives in Boulder where he spends his free time with his wife and three sons enjoying hiking, skiing and mountain biking. Michael-Ryan volunteers time with Boulder County CareConnect, is a board member of Boulder B-Cycle, and was recently the Chair of the Realtor Political Action Committee and Associate Chair of the Education, Website and Membership Committees for the Board of Realtors.
