Steve is a Colorado native who was born in Denver and raised in Ft. Collins. He represents buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with their commercial real estate needs throughout Boulder and the Northern Front Range. Steve is dedicated, committed, and inspired to provide the highest quality customer service through constant communication and follow through. Experience & Education
Steve graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1990. He received his real estate license from the State of Colorado in 1991 and his M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona in 1992.
In addition to his role as a real estate broker, Steve has personally been involved in investing, remodeling, and developing real estate in the Boulder area for many years. Prior to entering the real estate business, Steve worked for a ski race promotion company, owned a travel and outdoor sports publishing business, and taught English in Santiago, Chile.
Activities & Involvements
Steve enjoys the adventure of traveling abroad and his favorite activities include basketball, softball, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and golf. Steve and his wife, Alissa, are the proud parents of four young boys, Evan, Logan, Connor and Grant (twins) who bring lots of energy and excitement to their home.
